Wheel of Fortune On Tour contains the Level Up feature which IGT finds necessary to incorporate into many of their new slots of late, and that gives it a different dimension to the many other Wheel of Fortune slots which have preceded this one.

Looking back at IGT’s previous efforts, such as Wheel of Fortune: Triple Extreme Spin (which is still a new slot itself), and their original Wheel of Fortune slot, there actually isn’t that much between them in terms of design.
Sure, the gaming structure has been radically altered in the games, but from an imagery point of view, not really so, until you come to this game, that is.

How to Play
IGT are still sticklers for being tight on payline flexibility, with Wheel of Fortune On Tour. Like most IGT developed slots, you cannot any of the 30 paylines you play with, but you can mess about with the value of your coins.

Level Up Plus: As we’ve touched upon, this slot contains a Level Up Plus feature. As you play, you can unlock free spins, expanding symbols, letter board pickers, multiplied wins, the Spin to Win bonus, and bonus trigger boosts.
You earn fuel by landing non-triggering bonus icons. For every 10 fuel awards you get, you go up one level when the bonus is triggered. The higher the level you attain, the better the bonuses will be.
Bonus Wheel: Land 3 bonus icons (coaches) in any positions to trigger the bonus. You can then spin the Wheel of Fortune to unlock cash prizes. As you unlock more features, some of the cash prizes on the wheel will be replaced by the features, so you can trigger them instead of cash wins. You can win up to 10,000 coins via this bonus.
Wheel features: Some of the wheel features in this slot include a free spins bonus round, a simple letter board instant win bonus, multiplier wedges on the bonus wheel, and simple Spin to Win bonus round, which allows you to accept or reject prizes.
Wild symbols: Wild symbols can substitute for all symbols in the slot, and take on the shape of the Wheel of Fortune logo. Wilds also appear in the Wheelmobile Wilds feature, which could be triggered after a reel spins round which doesn’t contain bonus icons. Between 1 and 4 random symbols can be turned into wilds when this happens.
Maximum Payouts
Wheel of Fortune On Tour contains a theoretical RTP rate of between 92.50% and 96.60%. That is not very helpful at all, since there is a big gap between those two figures.

Wheel of Fortune On Tour is a great slot in that IGT have expended a lot of effort to make it bigger and better than its predecessors. However, one cannot help but feel that IGT have tried too hard, and made it overly complicated in the process.
It is all very well having all of these special features, but if it takes days of effort to unlock them – and it can be quite a costly affair at that – you have to wonder if Wheel of Fortune On Tour would have been better off with a simpler, easier special feature setup after all.
