Bill2021-01-25It's been very good. Portside at Grande Dunes have been helpful every step of the way. Even things that my mother-in-law doesn't want to eat or dietary problems, they call us, they let us know what's going on. It's really been a good experience. Moving in was great. They help right along the way. Everything was just perfect. At this point, at two weeks, they've been great with everything. The staff makes it great. The place is immaculate and it looks like it's brand new. It's only about 2 years old and it's beautiful and more like a resort. My mom's in memory care, so they try and get the people involved. The staff is really good that way. They try to get the people involve to be social, to get out, not just sitting in their room, like do bingo, and a number of activities. They really try to get the person socialize. It's private pay, and it's expensive. It's $6,000 a month. My mother-in-law is getting top care, you're getting what you pay for. She's paying a lot, but she's getting a lot. The high cost is justified.I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

It's been very good. Portside at Grande Dunes have been helpful every step of the way. Even things that my mother-in-law doesn't want to eat or dietary problems, they call us, they let us know what's going on. It's really been a good experience. Moving in was great.
